 Who we are ?

Premier Form Tools Ltd are specialist cutting tool designers and manufacturers who have been supplying high quality thread milling tools, single point threading inserts, grooving & groove milling tools and inserts, slotting tools, form tools and special tooling to customers and major carbide cutting tool companies for over thirty five years.
Since 2004, Premier have also been authorised UK distributors for SIMTEK Präzisionswerkzeuge GmbH based in Mossingen, Germany who are dedicated to developing, producing and selling high performance carbide tools for metalworking.

  A Brief History

Premier Form Tools began trading in the summer of 1984 from the back of a small industrial unit in Leafield, Wiltshire with a single Wickman Optical Profile Grinder. Building on a solid base of high quality products, quick deliveries, and first class customer service, managing partner Roger Sprules was soon relocating the company to larger premises in Melksham where he was able to invest in more machinery and equipment. Following further growth, Premier moved into its current purpose build facility in 1997, where the programme of reinvestment still continues
